The Master Leasing Program, offered in partnership with HOUZD, allows property owners to lease their units to HPP CARES as the master tenant. This relieves property owners of the burdens associated with managing tenant challenges while providing immediate housing to individuals and families in need. Eligibility criteria for interim housing assistance may include factors such as income level, household size, and housing instability. Our certified homeless housing counselors assess each case individually to determine eligibility and provide personalized support.
